 Fruitful Thought: Did you know that relationships are important to God? Did you ever consider it?

Well, if you were like me I struggled with relationships. Not one type in particular over another but all types, family, friends, kids, spouse, coworkers, and church. I began a journey a while back about this subject. I have learned a few things along the way.

I learned that God talks about relationships a lot in his word. That gave me a measuring method on what relationships are, what they require, the benefits and the consequences of them.

In the word God says it is not good for man to be alone. It also describes how he longs to be in relationship with us. Then he gives some steps to being in relationships by first showing yourself friendly, to love others as yourself, be in agreement, dwell with one another in understanding, iron sharpens iron, and submit one to another. This list just remind you of a few things God emphasize in his Word about relationships. I encourage you to consider your relationships and be a positive partner in them all. They are important because our father in heaven talks about it in everything he reveals to us. The enemy knows how powerful relationships are so that is why that is the area in our lives we are often attacked. Be thankful for those relationships you are blessed with and those that are to come. Although we encounter relationships by chance, make the choice to keep them intact. Remember- With God All Things are Possible. We Are Better Together!
